Confidentiality & Security

Many of our clients send us confidential and sometimes very sensitive files and recordings. You should feel confident that your work will always remain confidential with HireATypist. All of our typists and transcribers are required to sign confidentiality agreements (click here to view our employee confidentiality agreement) prior to commencing work with us. We also have a Client Confidentiality agreement that we would be more than happy to sign and post to you (click here to view our Client Confidentiality agreement).

Once your files have been transcribed and we have concluded our business we shall delete your files within two weeks of the completion of the work. This ensures that your work will always remain anonymous, confidential and safe.

Uploading your files to HireATypist could never be safer as our Upload A File facility uses 128 bit SSL encryption for both uploads and downloads.
