Your Confidentiality & Security

Many of our clients send us confidential and sometimes very sensitive files and information. You should be confident that your work will always remain confidential with HireATypist. All of our typists and transcribers are required to sign confidentiality agreements prior to commencing work with us. Once your files have been transcribed and we have concluded our business we shall delete your files within two weeks of the completion of the work. This ensures that your work will always remain anonymous, confidential and safe.

If your work is of a confidential nature we always password encrypt your files prior to sending them to any of our typists. Only the typist and one individual from HireATypist will be aware of the password, therefore keeping your files even more secure and safe.

Uploading your files to HireATypist could never be safer as our Upload A File facility uses 128 bit SSL encryption for both uploads and downloads.
