Transcription Positions Available  

We are currently looking for a couple of transcriptionists to work for us on a permenant basis. We would ideally like US based transcriptionists (if you are still interested and are a UK transcriptionist then please do still contact us, but you must agree to the pay terms shown below) as at present we have a large job on for a US based client. This work needs to be completed over the next couple of weeks and the client currently has about 50 hours of transcription to be done.

The details of the position are as follows:

  • At least two or more one to one interview transcriptions per day, it is up to you if you want to do more.
  • You will recieve $35 US for one hour of recording.
  • Intelligent Verbatim is required.
  • If you are interested then we are looking to appoint people immediately, so please get in touch as the jobs won't hang around.

You must also agree to the following:

  • Your own headset and digital footpedal.
  • Have a typing speed of at least 70+wpm.
  • Be familiar with general transcription rules and layout and be an experienced trasncriber.
  • You will be self employed and reponsible for paying your own taxes and National Insurance (N.I.) (N.I. only applies if in the U.K.).
  • You will be required to sign a Independent Contractors Agreement.
  • You will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement if you are appointed.
  • We will pay you a set amount of money for each transcription that you are given.
