All work completed and returned within the time that you agree wiht us. We work to fit your needs.
We need the name of your academic institution and a scanned copy of either your Student ID or Student Union Card to be eligible for our discounts.
Overnight Service jobs should be received before 6pm and will be returned the following morning, see the rates below or Our Services for more details.

Please Note: These prices are based on a good quality intelligent transcript.
Add £5.00 for poor quality recordings
Add £5.00 extra for verbatim (all utterances) transcription.
Poor quality recordings can take so much longer, sometimes double the time.
Verbatim transcription includes all utterances and pauses etc and also takes as long as 4 to 5 hours to transcribe 1 hour of recording.

All students are required to pay fees up front or as the work is undertaken. You can pay a small deposit and we will give you a sample of our work if you are unsure.
